Attorney Robert E. Kleinpeter served as President of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association from 2005-2006. Mr. Kleinpeter has extensive litigation and trial experience, with an emphasis of cases involving severe injury and product liability.

Attorney Alan L. Schwartzberg is often the attorney you will meet during your intake. Mr. Schwartzberg has litigated to verdict countless cases in Federal and State courts in Louisiana.

Attorney Yigal Bander holds a B.A. from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's of Social Work and a J.D. from Louisiana State University. Mr. Bander was a licensed clinical social worker prior to becoming an attorney.

Of Counsel Attorney Jay G. McMains served as Law Clerk to Hon. Edward J. Devitt, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota from 1976-1978.
